Travis Oliver IV
Travis Oliver IV is a 1998 graduate of Princeton University and 2001 graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law. Travis is an attorney with more than twelve years of experience representing clients across Louisiana and Texas. He is also licensed to practice law in Georgia and Washington, D.C. He has been an integral part of one of the most successful title companies in Northeast Louisiana since 2007.
Travis’ legal practice focuses on Residential Real Estate Transactions, Oil & Gas Lending, Recreational Property Transactions, Agricultural Transactions, Commercial Transactions, Business and Corporate Law, Banking Law, Oil & Gas Law, and Oilfield Litigation. Travis has served on and written for the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section of its Energy Committee. Also, in 2009, he was selected for and currently serves on the Louisiana Bar Foundation.
